My wife and I have had mostly pleasant experiences. In our opinion, the parking is adequate with around two spaces per apartment rather than one. Noise has been a problem for us,but that is mostly due to our young neighbors downstairs and the train. My one big complaint is the former office staff who were really hard to get service from and who acted like we were bothering them whenever we needed something. The former staff did not even inform us of the trian that regularly goes past the complex at all hours, nor did they tell us that the complex sometimes is in the flight path of the local airport. The new office staff is excellent from my experience and have reallybeen great to us. Oh and about the dog poop...yeah it is a problem and I wish pet owners had enough respect for other residents of the apartment to clean up after their animals.

The apartment itself is great and well-kept up. We love our loft and balcony as well.
