I have lived at Camellia Trace since October 2005. I have experienced both managment companies, I think that both companies did a fine job. I have never had an issue with the current staff not being friendly, I think everyone in the office is very pleasent. I have two small children that live at the pool in the summer and have never caught an infection. The pool has always been clean and free of algea. I would reccommend Camellia Trace to anyone that is moving to the Maryville area. The schools are fantastic, its a great and safe community.
