I have lived at Camellia Trace since 2004 and have just recently moved out into a new home we purchased. I would highly recommend this complex. Our apartment was great. We did not mind paying more to live there. Over the years, we really got to know our neighbors. Although we had a problem once with our air conditioner, the service staff came out in the middle of night and were always very pleasant. We will especially miss the fitness room, my son will miss the business center, and my husband, who is trimming our shrubs as we speak, already misses the landscapers. We have no complaints. Great!
