By appearances Camellia Trace looks like good place to live...BUT...
Hot tub has been broke since last June, they dont want to fix it because they say it will cost 3000. Walking trail is washed out in several places, wont fix that either. Parking is fine, as long as you dont mind parking on other side of complex and waking between building to get to your apartment ( just watch your step). They also dont mind if you park in front of fire hydrants, so thats cool...after all, there is a parking problem. Dog owners are allowed to let dogs poop anywhere in the common areas where kids would like to play... Trash dumpster regularly too full to add any more to it. Parents, be sure to stay outside with your kids, unless they are 18, you will need to be with them.

Be cautioned...if you have kids and bikes...bikes are not allowed in the breezways, you will need to bring them inside and put them on the porches...not fun if you live on second or third floors.

To be fair on parking, I guess it depends on which building you end up in, for me personally, nightmare.

Overall, A nice place to live if you have no kids, no car, and a dog that will stop and drop anywhere.
