I see there has been some negative issues stated with Camellia Trace Apartments. I agree with most of them. I also know there is not much to choose from in Maryville, TN. The dog owners need to stay in the curbing area for pets, kids like to play outside and when the step or fall in dog pooh it is bad. Parking is a nightmare!! If you are 5 minutes late getting home at a normal time you have park on the other side of the complex. We moved here from a small town in Louisiana north of Baton Rouge and just to let everyone know the rates are cheap here compared to there. A 3 bedroom apartment there would cost you anywhere from $1600 to $2000 a month with all the same Benefits. I do agree they need to fix the whirlpool after all we are paying for it. Most of our neighbors are decent people, although our neighbors upstairs have got to be the loudest people that live there. It sounds like they are playing football at 11 and 12 o'clock at night when most people are trying to sleep. The management seems nice enough I have only met a couple of them. I would like to put it out there for the management that need to pay attention to the tenants or they will not have any living there. There are several issues around the apartment complex that needs to be taken care so management please read and take notice. You have a lot of unhappy residents and they could be made happy if you just meet a demands which are justified. I would recommend Camellia Trace to live. I feel the Camellia Trace is an average apartment complex but from the appearance they portray from advertisements and from the road they need to improve. If they wish to stay above the rest then the management company needs to step up also. And this does not mean increase the rent to pay for something we are already paying for. The residents pay for an upper class style of living and get lower class standards for our money. They also need to get a new grounds keeper our new grounds keeper company. Who ever is providing this service is not doing a good job. I would be willing to say a blind monkey with a dull pocket knife could do better. So MANAGEMENT PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR TENANTS!!!!
