I have lived at Camellia Trace for a few years now and absolutely adore it. I travel frequently with my job and feel very good knowing my home is safe. The maintenance gentlemen are always prompt and very polite. The ladies in the office have been most helpful. I was concerned about a few of the negative items I had read about my complex and, in typical old-woman fashion, I met with the office about these concerns at my recent renewal. The walking trail (which I use daily) has been restored and is beautiful; the hot tub (which I do not use) is already working and has been for quite some time; while there is no "playground," children are encouraged to play at their leisure with a supervising adult (the problems we have are due to careless parents which I complained about); and pet pick up is so much better than last year (irresponsible pet owners need to step up or buy a house). Traffic is a blessing in Maryville and I have had no parking troubles, although two buildings do have tight parking.

I have owned homes and lived in apartments from Atlanta to L.A., and love Maryville and Camellia Trace the best by a far margin. Prices are reasonable, the apartments are great, and the staff does a superb job with enforcing rules (trash in breezeways, noise in the evening, landscaping, and so forth). Although it may sound trivial, my favorite part of my apartment is the beautiful appliances and the kitchen. My only complaint is that they are not for sale, because I would be the first to purchase if we go condo. I would highly recommend this complex.
