We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Kingstown Colony to anyone looking for an apartment home in Maryville. Linda, the on site manager is friendly, courteous and efficient. Anytime we have had a need it has been handled immediately and the staff has helped us get acclimated to our new community. The apartments are spacious and the other tenants are very friendly.
