Not much to choose from in Maryville, but try one of the other apartments in town. Very thin walls let you know what your neighbors are watching or listening to whether you care or not. Have lived in many apartment communities and this is by far the worst constructed. The lighting is very poor, but there really isn't any safety problems so far. There is also a lack of parking in the townhouses. The office staff is ok and the rent is fairly cheap.
