Lived here a year and sad to be transferred (b/c of jobs). Nice place. Windows are old and can be drafty. However, parking is never a problem and the grounds are neat. They spray once a month for pests, allow dogs, emergency maintenance (I've had the water heater replaced the day after I complained about hot water issues, and friendly quiet people. Really convenient to the greenbelt with plenty of space behind the buildings to take your dog. Have had little to no problems.
