It's an okay place. The parking lot is in bad condition and in need of repair. And the landlord/money-taker person is a condescendent imbecile (because I don't think I can use anything more vulgar than that). But overall, the price for Maryville great, RIGHT by DENSO if yo are looking to work there, not far from Walmart or anything else either. VERY strict and uptight place though. But the rooms are adequate and sizable and affordable, so I'm content.
