I live on the ground floor and when the upstairs neighbors moved in we thought they were just loud, until one day I mentioned to them about the noise. I went to their apartment and walked around normally while my wife was in our apartment below.
She said it is as loud as ever, some of the other buildings do not have this issue. Just the 3 bedrooms. I can actually hear my neighbor urinate. Not the sound of the water running, the actual physical act of my neighbor urinating. Not an enjoyable sound.

I also live in a 3 bedroom. An I have had the same problems. We are moving out due to the poor construction. I would not recomed this living space for anyone. Its been nothing but a problem.
