Best on the Island! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I lived at The Grove for a year, from 2004-05 and thought it was terrific. The office and grounds staff is fantastic--they responded to maintenance issues within hours, left packages for me inside my apartment when I couldn't pick them up during the day, and took impeccable care of the property. Plus, they knew all of the residents by name and were always ready with a smile. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-maintained with details you don't find in many other apartments--crown molding, berber carpet, wrap-around balconies, etc. I don't live in Memphis anymore, but I would move back there in a heartbeat.
