1)Customer service is terrible
2)Maintenance department is slow to respond to major problems
3)location of fitness room is unsafe for women,no hours of operation for fitness room posted,equipment broken
4)Mold around water heater that are not properly inspected
5)Found residents leaving trash infront of their apartment door for hours at a time
6)Residents have been spotted smoking weed and drinking in public
7)Some of the residents have pitbulls
