During my stay I have continuously had a problem with these extremely large sewer roaches,some of them also fly.I conplained to management every single month wich was documented and nothing was ever done to clear up the problem.Imagine living with these creatures on a regular basis which are extremely unsanitary,they come out of the sewer and carry very serious germs that could make you extremely ill.I do have children small ones and were very concerned about thier safety.how can you have company in your home and not be embarassed if one wants to make an appearance.How can you feel that your food is safe to feed to your kids.There was never any telling where one would be lurking.On a constant basis I was given these stories about clearing the problem and it never happened.I also have to agree with the fact that on a regular basis at night I see a gang of young men walking around.I also noticed that the clean of the grounds was not up to standard like it should be.These are some of the issues you have to worry about while your here which you don't know until after you move in.Now nobobody is breaking any necks to change these things but I dare you to be a minute late on your rent and legal action will be taken on you so fast your head will spin.They make sure they get thier money but at the same time are they making sure you are comfortable and your problems are solved the best way possible.NO WAY,it's either deal with it and pay your rent or get evicted.
