One of my problems with the apt is that you can hear ur neighbors very very well. People do not keep in mind that we are sharing the same space so the music is turned up and tv. I live on the lower level so my upstairs neighbor is ALWAYS bumping around,dropping things and I am very able to here intimate moments which gets on my nerves needless to say the walls are thin even for hanging pictures. A person really doesn't need a hammer u just use something heavy to hit the nail into the wall.

I get annoyed when I call the front office and the phone rings and rings and after 10 rings finally a voicemail comes on and I hang up and walk around to the front office and there are people there chatting and they could have answered the freakin phone when I called less than 5 mins ago.

Also it only stays warm in the kitchen,living room and bath and the bedroom it is ALWAYS cool.

Other than the above I like the size of the apt and the price could be a lil lower due to the thin walls.
