I have been here for 2 yrs. My 1 bedroom apt was fine but, there was no place to park. i moved into a 2 bedroom the following yr. No place to park, still. Residents have company over and they stay over!!We who work the night shift cannot sleep during the day nor the day shift at night. It isn't the residents. It's their company that makes the complex look bad. Loud music, arguing in the middle of the night in the parking lot..Security'

The office staff is getting a little better at communicating with future and present tenants. Maintenance is ..... I don't know what to say. The tell you they have your request for service but (when is the service to be carried out) can you say "Get it done today". The overall experience is okay. I lived in the Red Oakes Townhomes some yrs back ( they have gotten worse) and they WERE by far the best!! most of the reviews i have read are justified, not begruding. I have experienced a few of those complaints and feel like its something you deal with. I still feel that the staff should ask themselves " would i live here"..' Some of them do. I'll bet my aunt fanny's benz...they don't have any maintenance or parking problems....

I almost made the mistake of moving here. Good thing I came to this site. 6111 has some horrible reviews. You guys helped me make my decision about where to rent in Memphis. This site is truly helpful..
