I lived at 6111 for about 5 months before abruptly leaving. This was by far the absolute worst place I have ever lived. There was a ditch that ran along the side of my apartment near a fence that backed up to a neighborhood. Random gun shots in the middle of the night were the norm. Roaches, roaches, and more roaches. A little tip for future residents: Boric acid kills them dead! Get lots of it. By the time I got rid of the roaches other problems popped up. Plumbing is horrible. I could smell every time my downstairs neighbor used the bathroom. Yes, you read right...smell. Dishwasher never worked. Instead of replacing it maintenance just broke it a little more each time they looked at it. Laundry room and closet doors were never on track. Maintenance got tired of coming to repair it and just left me a screwdriver and showed me how to do it myself. I don't know if that is good or bad. Within 5 months the entire leasing staff was replaced.
