I lived here for over a year. The apartment was good, the carpets and appliances were brand new. The maintenance was THE BEST. The maintenance people were very very nice and helpful though the same cannot be said about all of the office staff.

But the residents are messing up the place. They have trash sitting in the parking lots. People playing loud music in cars parked in the parking lot (whatever time of the day or night).

Overall the area is deteorating because of the people living there. And yes I do agree with everybody who says there isnt enough parking space.
