When we moved in, the place wasn't ready for us. We had to stay the night with friends because they were still cleaning the place, despite the fact that they had our arrival date in advance. The movers showed up and the carpet was still wet. The place was old and not cleaned all that well. None of our initial maintenance concerns were addressed, and I had to fight to get them to come out and fix the refrigerator that was freezing all my food. They attempted to have a security guard who was only there at random days to check to see if you lived there or sign you in if you were a visitor. They finally gave up on that, though, after the guy just sat in his car and watched people drive in. Parking was a first come first served situation, and people park in the fire lane, despite the no parking sign. They recently started enforcing mail room hours of 8-5, which makes it pretty difficult to get your mail when you work from 8-5. Just another hassle among many. It wasn't so bad to live there, I guess, if you don't mind hearing everything that's going on out in the street. We're moving out, and I'm glad to be gone.

Yeah, she woke me up, too. We lived right across from them. She was screaming "Call 911! Call the police!," so I called the police for her. At least they got out there within about 10 minutes and shut her up. That's one good thing about that complex; the police department is a block away.

I live there now and I HATE IT!!! I cannot wait until my lease is up! Maintenance is RIDICULOUS! We have been there for 7 months now and my utility doors have yet to be replaced. They came over once after 4 months of being there, brought the doors and they didnt fit so they just left them there along with their garbage! I have called for them to come back and they still havent! Yoyu can never get in touch with the Property Manager EVER! I put in a request for the a/c unit to be fixed b/c its leaking and they YET to come and fix it! I am soooo ready to mov out and I would not even recommend my worst enemy to live there!!
