I have been in the ridgway apt. for now 10 months. These people lie so much. I have a major leak that covers the entire front room of my apt. three days after I moved in. Travonda has not come through with none of her promises to me. I also had a break in and the doors and walls has not yet to be repaired. The maint. department does not know a lick about what to do. Last month I had a plumbing problem and instead of them taking what ever was in my towlet out they replaced it. This is by far the worst stay I ever had in my life and being that I am a vet and been alot off places I never been ignored about an ongoing problem as this one.

Well, one thing about it, Trivonda is GONE! Maybe things will change for the better. The new manager is polite and prompt. All else fails, write to the management company. They need to know when this complex is below par, and the best way is to report it to them. Apogee/New Dawn Management...
