The only good thing about this apartment is its proximity to UT.
Note, The apartment is:
- Cockroach infested
- Old buildings
- Elevators of the block on Manassas street breaks down everytime. People gets trapped in the elevator a lot of times and things are getting worse.
- Frequent false fire alarm
- We used to have a very nice manager - ------ It seems that she is no longer there and it seems that the owner of this apartment is now more concerned about the money he/she makes than the comfort of the tenants
- Don't expect to get a full refund of your security deposit at the end of your lease
- This place may be ideal for few months for a new postdoc/resident coming from overseas to work at UT.

I 100% agree with this review. New manager is really ruthless. I am sick of this apartment complex and office mangement behaviour. Maintenace if zero for more than 6 months. trying hard to run away this place...
