I called this building looking for very basic information - rent, utility costs, amenities. All I got was a bunch of I don't knows and rudeness. What about being polite and trying to get me to rent from you. If you don't know the answers to basic questions, why are you working there' I wish I would tell someone who called me at my job, I don't know. I know I would be swiftly out of a job.

I don't know if you have seen the apartment complex, but it looks like the projects. It used to be a beautiful cream color with burgundy accents. Now its orange and brown like the MHA complex accross the street from it. It was much nicer when I moved in, in 2000. It was my first apartment so the rates were great. $469 is what I paid for a large one bedroom. The apartment manager that was there when I moved in was great. She was the reason along with the cheap rent, why I stayed there for so long. She responded to some of my more serious complaints promptly and she was very flexible when my company was downsized with extentions. When she left and the owner dropped the management company *bad* and came down to run the place herself, thats when everything went downhill bigtime. She was very rude, very racist, and treated certain minorities with no respect like we are all dumb asses. And as for the help, they seem to be very uneducated, rude, unprofessional people. If you had moved in you would be very disappointed with this roach motel. And the horrible smells that creep under your door was something that was a big issue. You have different people from many cultures living in this complex. And some of the food that they cooked smelled terrible. I would report their rudeness to the BBB. Hopefully you took down names of people you spoke with.

I fully (200%) agree with the response above. The management is really really bad and rude! People only live here just because they don't have any other cheaper alternative near to UT. Mostly internationals, manily and ------- and ------- live here and handle the worst conditions in the apartment.

when you weed out the bad...and keep the good ones .. you always recieve negative feedback from disgruntled employees ,fired anyway!!!!it's not CHEAP here...it's affordable housing!!! tenants are well taken care of.and are happy now with NEW MANAGEMENT!!!ps. get an education and learn to spell.!!!

The point is there is clearly a lack of customer service at 750 Adams Place. The staff person did not know I wasn't really interested in renting, I was simply asking general questions. Questions that were the exact same as when I was actually VERY interested in renting. If you would like for me to stop, stop calling me a liar, requesting to remove my posts, calling me a prank caller and making excuses. Again, this only proves the total lack of professionalism on your part.
