I moved into Adams almost a year ago. I am going to renew my lease when it is time to renew. I love living in my apartment, the neighbors are nice and quite and will help you if you need them. The office staff bend over backwards to help you and to make sure your stay is good. I sometimes go out on weekends with my friends and come home very late. They have somebody on staff always who will walk me from my car to the building. Their maintenance staff are just great. Seldom do I need any repairs but the few I did need were fixed the same day I reported it. The apartment I rented was given to me in great condition. I was given a walk through with the management before I moved in and also the day I signed my lease. They made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. The swimming pool was just redone and looks brandnew. They are always finding things to improve and upgrade. Soon we will have a recoration room and computer study room. They are working on them now.
Like I said it is a nice place to live, clean friendly staff and close to everything.

very interesting that you no longer rent from these apartments. but yet still have anger issues against them, are you upset that they've worked hard to upgrade their facility, or that you are missing out by no longer living there? *call dr. phil, maybe he can help!

Actually, I never lived there. I was too turned off by the rudeness and unprofessional conduct when I first called the building. Take a look at the other reviews, I am not the only one what finds this building and management not up to par.
