A pretty nice place to live

I've enjoyed my time at the Arbors. It's about as good as you can do for the amount of money you pay. There are a few concerns which I'll highlight below:
--Safety, I've heard that some residents have had their cars broken into and even heard that one guy had his stolen. Not sure about that, but Memphis is the #2 in the nation for car thefts, so it's not surprising.
--The guys that do maintenance that actually work for Equity are top notch. Troy is really nice and quick! BUT, the contractors they get aren't usually very good at all.
--The staff are mostly very nice. There's one woman, Kay, that's a little flighty (and strange), but overall everyone there is kind and helpful.
--Some areas of the parking lot are better lit than others. I've never felt unsafe, but I have felt a little wary at times. The tenants all seem pretty nice and decent, at least in my building, but that may not be representative of everyone in the complex.
--The dumpster occasionally overflows before its emptied. This probably happens once every two or three months, but when it happens, it's pretty unpleasant.
Overall, the tenants are nice, the staff is super, and the prices (for this area) are very reasonable. If I can keep the deal I've got on rent, I'll stay here.
