Lousy management and no screening process for tenants

This place is horrible. There is no screening for potential tenants (criminal background, etc). They take section 8 (welfare) tenants, and illegal aliens. The management is clueless, lazy and inefficient. My apartment flooded twice while I lived there, once with sewage. They took forever to come clean it up, the carpet molded, and they wouldn't replace the carpet. Broken bottles, empty beer cans, and cigarette butts are everywhere. There are nails and glass in the parking lot (I had two flat tires while living there). Some apartments have 8-10 illegal immigrants living in a one- bedroom unit. You are supposed to be allowed one car per bedroom, but the management does not police this, so there is NOWHERE to park. Don't be fooled by the name; they ARE NOT owned by The Arbors. I would not recommend that you move here unless your only other option was living in a cardboard box under the interstate.
