Be careful if you're thinking of renting here.
Alot of questionable tenants. Bad area in general. Inadequate parking. Maintenance is so-so. Beth is gone and the new manager is worse. The rest of the office staff are incompetent. Read lease thoroughly...management will stick you for everything they are entitled to legally. Alot of renovating going on....but like the old saying goes..."you can't polish a turd." WAS a nice place to live a few years ago...WAS.
