My experience with this complex was awful and I never even moved in. I was promised that several things would be done to have my apartment "Ready" when I moved in. I paid my deposit over a month ahead of time to prove that I wanted the apartment and to allow the company time to "ready" the apartment. I went to view the apartment one week before I was scheduled to move in and it was AWFUL.

Nothing had been done except new paint on the walls. The carpet was soiled with pet stains. There was mold in the tubs and kitchen sink. There were termites crawling in one of the bedrooms. When I returned to the office to speak to the manager, she would not even leave her office to speak to me. She told the leasing agent that she had another apartment I could look at or she would refund my deposit. I was so disgusted by this time, I knew this was not where I wanted to live, when the manager does not have enough respect for a potential renter to even speak to me, well, I requested my deposit be returned and I am moving into another complex in Cordova that is much newer, nicer and the staff is incredible. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
