I can not wait to move from these apartments! Have had nothing but one problem after another. Maintenance is great but I have to literally track them down. Management is a disappointment to say the least. You will have to call and call and call and call to get anything taken care of. The water has been shut off several times because there seems to be problems with the pipes. Several cars have been broken into. Trash tends to overpile every week- which I guess is great for the many stray dogs, cats and raccoons I have seen. Things tend to break like your appliances and even the washers and dryers onsite. Other tenants tend not to pick up their pets' feces. You have to look down when you walk not to step in dog ----. Parking on weekends or at night poses problems. Installation is horrible- you can feel a draft coming from the windows, doors and sliding patio doors. Everything about this apartment is cheap. Huge roaches in the summertime. Pool is always dirty. Walls are incredibly thin that I can hear my neighbors using the bathroom. Only reason I moved here was the rent-which was extremely affordable for this part of town and to be close to a sick relative. I am SOO glad I am moving soon. I spoke with several neighbors and we all have the same complaints about poor management. I would advice anyone thinking of moving here to think twice and simply, DON'T!
