This apartment community is the worst ever! Management and Maintenance are horrible! You will get weekly notice on your door that robberies and assaults have taken place. They have no security or courtesy officers. The grounds inside the apartments are a mess. The the grounds outside the apartments are upkept okay.They never clean the breeze ways or the steps. There is a major problem with trash collection. On any weekend you will find the garbage bins overflowing with trash. Not to mention that the rats are having a field day. Management post signs on the 2nd day of the month that your rent is late, when in fact you have to after the 5th of the month before any late fees are applied.I guess management think that it's tenants can't read their lease. The lease clearly reads that late fees aren't applied until after the 5th of the month. Parking in the community is awful, you will not find any parking space by your apartment at night. What they consider an exercise room is a poor excuse to store broken exercise equipment. It is not an excerise room at all. The laundry facilities located on the property are never clean. Your clothes are washed in only cold water when hot water is selected. The swimming pool is not cleaned regularly. In fact, the hot tub was never open because it was supposed to be repaired. It was never repaired for the summer of 2007. I won't recommend this apartment community to my worst enemy. Please drive pass this property!
