Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The flyers must be blowing off other ladys door!!!! Check with local police before moving. Memphis is high in crime. Why not go to Cordova' As far as price do you beieve you have to have renters insurance' That does not cover content just apartment struture' That is separate from rent. Surronding apartment pay water. Arbor does not. So take all that and it is higher. If you want to live in the guetto why not do it cheap'
