Read the fine print. There is hidden costs left and right. The appliances are crap. the office staff is nice but maintence sucks. The property itself is poor and and night poorly lit. The floorplans lack any space. The neighbors are loud. Crime is so so. It is Memphis but the management could act like they are taking precautions to discourage any criminal activity.

i agree!!! i used to crash there at my ex boyfriends from time to time...dont get me wrong back in 05ish they were pretty on the outside and in but the neighbor all he did was smoke weed all day

Please do not live here. My relative was just recently killed there while unloading his groceries. He had expressed many concerns about the crime and was planning on moving when his lease was up but he didn't make it out of there alive. Please be aware of the danger there. The crime in the area has increased. He often mentioned notices for robberies and assaults and yet the management did no more than that to protect it's tenants. Nothing. No visible security, more lighting, gates, etc. Nothing. Anyone can walk on property and do whatever and noone will call the police. Please heed my warnings.
