I'm moving out of these apts. because after numerous visits to the leasing office to sign my renewal and getting the come back later we'll have it ready treatment; they made me pay $200 over my monthly rent because I failed to sign it on the last of the month. Had they let me know it was that important I would've insisted on getting the contract before that date. There's other choices in the area which are of comparable price and are recently built.
