Lived here for 2 years before changing cities. Always was impressed with the staff and maintenence. Complaints were usually answered the same day, even for minor things. Very friendly also.

The buildings themselves are a little older than some of the newest apartments on the island, but they have recently painted and it looks pretty nice now.

I like the layout of the apartments with their huge decks, and think it is one of the nicer places to live on Mud Island or in Memphis!
