Great Location; Ok Rent

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Very prompt service if anything goes wrong, which has only happened once in two years. Friendly staff. Reasonable rent considering the location and the relative rental rates. Close to downtown. Grocery just down the street. Very nice neighborhood.
