I have lived at this location on and off for about 7 years. It is a beautiful and fairly safe location. Over the past couple of years, I have seen a drastic change in the experience of maintenance and office staff. Management has always responded quickly to my maintenance needs, but they take the absolute cheapest route possible even if it means temporarily fixing the problem with refurbished parts. (i.e., the flusher on my toilet is being held together with a rusty nail. The hot water heater that they used to replace my old one is so loud that can be heard all over the neighborhood when it is being used.) My biggest complaint is that over the past year, they have cut back drastically on grounds maintenance. Last summer they only mowed once every 3-4 weeks. There were times that the grass would be knee deep before someone would be hired to mow. Of course, you will always find the grounds surrounding the leasing office manicured and meticulously clean. The office staff is young and inexperienced. My lease was redone 4 times because they could never get it correct. Pay close attention to your lease agreement Otherwise, you may be signing up for overcharges. The office staff rarely answers the telephone, so you will need to be prepared to stop by personally or put your issue in writing.
