I could never get along with management because they were often rude and unreasonable to work with. Unfortunetly, they do not take care of the grounds or the apartments at all. The apartments are quite run down and the rent is always raised every lease. The only time they are nice to you is when you are signing that lease. Furthermore, don't trust a word they say untill its done because guess what they won't do it and theyll act like you never spoke to them about the problem.
