I looked at Arbors and although the location is ideal, there were a few things that stopped me from renting here. First of all, the rent price has gone up about 20$ per month since I first looked at the place 6 months ago. Second, the office staff seems to have a high turnover rate. ------ was very helpful but she seems to be overworked. Finally, for the high monthly rent you would expect to find high quality apartments, but I found several apartments that had much better facilities (cleaner pool, ceiling fans- which are a must in Memphis, secure parking, and higher quality appliances/fixtures, washer/dryer included etc).
