1. no security--> security gates are always broken. There are are no guards to make sure people follow the rules at night (residents and guests can be loud, or can be in common areas that they shouldn't be loitering in.

2. lost packages

3. lots of vermin--> ants, spiders, roaches, wasps, beatles, fruit flies, other flies, moths of many kinds, you name it, throughout the warm months

4. you have to go through a tight hierarchy of office staff to get what you want; the lower level people can't/won't necessarily help with the problem and by the time it gets filtered up it's days later and nothing is done about it; the lower level and upper level staff will say they'll do something but then weeks later it's still not done and they kept no record that it was asked for

5. they've had at least 5 people fired or quit from the front office this summer alone--> what does that say about the higher-ups' ability to hire and retain staff who can both perform and get along with

I agree with you. I wish that I had moved out when my lease was up; I won't make the same mistake next year. The amount of rent for the apartments is ridiculous. I can't wait to move out and go some place better. The attitude of the people working in the office is pretty bad as well.
