This place is terrible

I moved here over a year ago and I noticed that it is really terribly built. There are spider webs everywhere(in and outside of the apt.), I've had a number of occassions where I've come face to face with possums outside my door, things in my apt keep breaking, the appliances are old and crappy and REALLY LOUD, and it's just way too small for how much I'm paying. The kitchens have no counter space and neither do the bathrooms. I'm moving next Fall because I'd have to pay $3,000 to cut off my lease. I can't wait to get out of here. The people are very nice and helpful and so is the maintainance(sp') staff but the apartments are just too small and crappy for how much they cost each month. Oh, and my neighbors are so loud, I can hear them fighting downstairs all the time. My neighbors across from me are really not that nice either. I've met a few nice people here but a lot of people in Harbortown are very pretentious. I can't wait to move.
