I have lived in this apartment for a year and half and will NOT be renewing my lease. The management office had a turnover and both the former and current office staff are rude to residents and not responsive to issues brought to their attention. The buildings are in poor, old condition, and you could get a better deal for your money living elsewhere on the island. They continue to hike up rent prices which I suspect is because people continue to move out of their terrible buildings that are poorly managed. These buildings are also infested with brown recluse spiders, which the office will not do anything about. It is nearly impossible to sleep in your overpriced apartment at night when you have poisonous spiders living in there as well. You will regret ever signing the paperwork to live here.

To the contrary the rents go up for a lot of different reasons but people moving out and causing more vacancies would not be one of them. In fact if everyone kept moving out and there were to many vacancies; they would actually lower prices and or give better specials to keep occupancy up. These apartments are in a very desired location therefore they can command a higher rent. Even if the actual condition of the apartments aren't that great people will still pay for location.

I would like to say that we appreciate reviews that help us in determining the needs of our residents. However, sometimes the reviews are submitted due to a situation in which the resident is angry. Are brown recluse spiders truly a problem at the complex? How frequently are the apartments sprayed for bugs?
