From the outside these apartments may look nice but these apartments are old and not well maintained. In the nine months we have lived here, we have had numerous maintenance and pest control problems. We had roaches crawling on the walls before we had unpacked and bought any food. There are many cracks and crevices that are not sealed in this apt allowing all kinds of insects to get in hear. Pest control has been insufficient to remedy these problems. I dont believe they have updated any of the fixtures since they were built. The refrigerator is small. The toilets are old and clog frequently. We have had the air conditioner go out 3 times in 4 months. Per the neighbors, the previous tennants had problems with mold and they supposedly replaced all the cabinets in here but you wouldnt know it because they look very old. I understand that years ago this used to be a nice complex but in recent years there have been several management companies overseeing this property. Basically they paint, and carpet but dont address real maintenace issues. They get by with it by offering lots of specials. It could be really nice if they were to renovate these places,they really have lots of potential and probalby was very nice at one time but they are about 10-15 yrs old and the management companies have not kept up with repairs, replacement of fixtures and basic maintenance. Do yourself a favor and rent a newer, more modern apt. If you do decide to sign here, try not to do so for longer than six months no matter how tempting the special might be Itll be worth the money to go to a nicer property. If we had done so, wed be out of here by now. The staff here is generally friendly as is maintenance but they have a crumbling poperty to deal with and I dont get the impression that they get a lot of support from the management company. Also, as with most apts., there is high turnover in the rental office so the person you dealt with 3 months ago is gone and you are talking to someone new today. You may be encouraged to disregard this review because it is more negative than the previous ones but we have nothing to gain by giving false information. If this apt were worth it, we would be referring our friends here so we could get the $300 referral fee. We have not, and will not, reccommend this apt to anyone.

I agree, the apartment is over-rated and over- priced for their concition. They are old and not well maintained. Serious maintenace issues. Look good on the outside but terrible inside. I just moved in and I not happy with my decision.

I have lived at the Arbors for approximately 6 months and believe me, if I could, I would move today!!! I have also been dealing with the roach situation since the day I stepped into my apartment. I am not talking small roaches either, I am talking huge raoches. Terminix has been at my apartment about 3 times, I have bought plug-ins, roach motels, sprays, boric acid, and I have even duck taped every whole in the building and they still get in. I have never dealt with pests before until now. My lease is up in May and I am already making plans to move. I agree about the move-in specials. When you think they are too good to be true, go with your first instinct. I would rather pay more money and not have to deal with roaches!!!

I AGREE 100% I FEEL LIKE I LIVE IN A ROACH MOTEL AND IF YOU LIVE IN THE TOWN HOMES THE PARKING IS ANNOYING YOUR SPOT IS ALWAYS TAKEN THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE RENTERS BEWARE
