It is amazing living here!! The trees and landscaping are exquisite! It is wonderful to be able to find a great apartment in this area! The staff is very attentive and responsive. My maintenance requests are handled quickly and accurately. I work at a nearby hospital and this location is very convenient, both to the interstate and shopping. It is very private and there are a lot of residents who are professionals within the community. I never hear anyone racing through the complex with the radio turned up loud and all of my neighbors seem very nice. All in all, I would have to say that my decision to wait on purchasing a home in Memphis has been extremely worthwhile. Try this place! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I know the girl who wrote this. She works for Folgeman. What's funny is during the time frame this is dated the noises you heard were from the maintence staff and the leasing girl doing it in the office, pool, models, and the maintence staff. One of the guys from the maintence staff was dating a girl in the leasing office and they had a habit of having massive agreements in the pool area and out near the maintence shop. This continued for several months. The pool was always closed de to failing inspections. The two leasing agents were sweet as can be but the manager was a -----. You can easily tailgate someone through the security gate so why even bother offering the false security? The maintence is crappy to say the least. The manager, Barbi, is rude and ruthless and will cut corners just to make the budget.
