If I could change one thing in my life, I would have never moved in. Our entire apartment flooded because the pipes are out of date, and every time it rains, my ceiling leaks. In fact, it has begun to peel off. It seriously looks like I live in a slump. My roommate and I pay WAY to much for this kind of thing to occur. We've also had every appliance (fridge, dishwasher, disposal, hot water heater, showers, toilets, sinks) break at one point. My roommate and I had to evacuate for two weaks due to the flood, and the office would not compensate for more than two nights away. They wouldn't even replace our carpet! Please don't bother.
