If you have any, I mean any problem or problems to report to management, they will appear to care but won't follow through; especially if they have to spend any money.

Every weekend, without fail, their dumpster completely fills up with garbage. So much so that there's trash lying around the dumpster.

Their 3 combination lock security gates can be defeated by passing you arm around their makeshift plastic barrier that suppose to prevent that.

During the entire fall and winter, there was no clean up of leaves and branches which constantly blow on to my patio.

My patio floods after every heavy rainfall.

Their pool area completely flooded out on weekend due to drainage pipes being filled with refuse.

Single bedroom apartment come with cheap contractor's grade carpet that clogs up my vacuum cleaner.

Their sinks, bathtub and bathroom fixtures are cheap contractor's grade.

It's suppose to be a gated apartment community but has security gaps all over the place.

Management loves to send out written notices to all their tenents stating that their no responsible for this, that and whatever but if you violate this or that rule, they'll fine you $$$$$$$!

Without any up front notice, they unlock your door while you're away at work to perform pest inspections. A lot of tenents po'd over that.

If their subcontractors or mantenance people damage anything you own, its "oh my, we're so sorry, but it's not our fault".

There's no fitness area and tennis courts.

My patio is a sound nightmare during the Summer. All those air conditioning units kicking in makes a tremenous amount of noise.

They raised their rent by $1 a few months ago and followed up by sending threating notices on the consequenses if you miss payment of that $1. Can you believe it'

And yet there's more; but I think I've made my point. All this and they charge around an extra $150 more than their competing apartments. Man...do I feel really stupid I moved here. Don't judge a book by its cover!
