Moving here was a great decision for me. I looked at a lot of other places but I am extremely satisfied with choosing Arbors. I really don't know what other people are talking about! Management is always sooo nice and the staff is very knowledgeable. Everybody knows my name! They are always working to make the complex a better place to live. and my neighbors are fantastic...it is more like living in a neighborhood than a stuffy apartment where nobody even looks you in the eye! and as far as the guy complaining about his dirty patio and having somebody be his personal maid and sweep leaves off his patio every time it storms...I don't need a babysitter! Memphis is going to naturally have some leaves and with these azalea bushes and other flowering trees...I look forward to seeing those blooms every year! It's beautiful!

And I am glad that Arbors provides pest control...they gave me a schedule when I moved in and I always know Monday is spray day. I'd much prefer living somewhere owners care about keeping up...so I never have any bug problems. I like the fact that this is a smaller complex too. You don't have so many people around and the ones you do have lived here for years---one of my neighbors has been here 10 years and the other 12 years! The parking is pretty good too, I never have to walk far to my door; there's always a spot near my breezeway.

they did a lot of upgrades to my apartment too...my light fixtures are new and my blinds aren't those cheap flimsy kind. the carpet is high quality...it didn't fluff or lint up for weeks after they installed it like the cheaper stuff some owners usually put in apartments

I also like the fact that this is more of an upscale apartment community...we have all the benifits of living in one of the best areas of Memphis without all the hassle of dealing with repairs or maintenance that comes from owning a home. I just tell the office...and it gets done. I guess the people who are complaining are the ones who want to sit back and expect folks to read minds. the office is good about letting us know about things going on at the complex, like our fire extinguisher inspection...who has those' I have never lived at a place that cares enough to just check and see that all their residents have full, working extinguishers...usually if you even get one, its dirty, dusty, and empty!

the location is great too...near Shelby Farms, where we can go fishing or jogging, even though i sometimes prefer just walking around the block and checking out the big beautiful homes on the next street (Shady Grove) with all the trees and flowers and not having a lot of traffic in this area, it is really pleasant to go walking...even at night! I wouldn't say that about a lot of memphis, but it is true here.


All in all, I would have to say that this is the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in and I would recommend it to anyone...well almost anyone, certainly not any people who get their kicks about whining about everything!!!!
