Nice Place but they have big pest problem

I have been living here for about 6 months and the townhome is really spacious and quiet and meets our needs perfectly. But the complex on the whole seems to have a big pest problem. I have cockroaches running around in my apartment all the time. One evening when my husband and his friends were sitting outside and having a barbeque they saw a lot of cockroaches cruising on the wall. Even when I go for walks I see cockraches taking a stroll. When I mentioned it to the management they acted as if they heard about the problem the for the first time. The pest control they are providing is inadequate.
