We just moved out - what an experience. I was looking for a nice place to live while our family relocated from out of state. This was such a nightmare - read on and don't let this happen to you.

CRIME - This is not an apartment complex, it is a war zone. Look at the attached image. There are 284 crime reports within one-quarter of a mile. Auto theft, burglary, aggravated assault, vandalism - this place has everything. Central Bagdad is safer. Oh, there is a gate you say' It will keep us safe. Anyone wanting in just waits for a resident to drive through and follows them through when the gate is actually working that is. And guess what, the management actually wants you to confront people that don t use a code to enter. CAT LADY - She has ten cats, she lets them run loose, they yowl all night, but best of all they scratch the paint on your car. Don t bother complaining, she also pays her rent and the management has no intention of intervening.

BUGS - The place is teeming with bugs, great big ones - roaches, spiders also ants by the billions. Call the exterminator you say' Forget it, if they come it will just make your home stink.

MAINTENANCE - Unfortunately, jiggling the handle is no substitute for maintenance. Our dishwasher never worked. We complained continuously and it was never working right. Just to get a set of dishes clean would take 2 - 3 washings. The gutters were always clogged with debris and running over even with just a light rain. Then mud would wash across the walk. The HVAC was a disaster the ductwork would fall apart and blow hot or cold air in between the floors.

PILES OF GARBAGE - These clowns are too cheap to rent an extra dumpster, by the end of the week there are six foot high piles of garbage.

DOG POOP - You better like the smell of dog poop because every time you open a window or door that is all you will smell. We couldn t let our children play in the grass because dozens of dogs and owners with no consideration of their neighbors. The management doesn't enforce the rules - unless there is an associated fee of course.

SURLY OFFICE STAFF - To top off all of the above indignities, the office staff is rude, condescending and patronizing. I don't know what their personal issues are, but they can't seem to leave them at home.
