The person that wrote the post calling Arbors of River Oaks "Baghdad" is ridiculous & obviously has too much time on their hands. I've lived in Memphis my whole life & lived at this complex for 3 1/2 years. Im 25 years old & cant stand people that complain like this person did. Grow up and learn how to do things yourself. Its apartment living!!! If your're gonna complain that much then buy a home. And FYI- crime in Memphis is bad no matter where you go. Apartment Complex's cant guarantee your safety. Get a dog, an alarm, and be conscious of your surroundings! The best parts of town in Memphis have crime b/c those are the nice homes & the people in those areas have stuff worth stealing! Amanda at Arbors of River Oaks was awesome, maintenance was awesome, & the pool area was awesome. The apartments arent cheap so the people living there have class, & I seriously doubt a cat chipped paint off your car. I would recommend this property to anyone!!
