I WAS SHOWN THIS WONDERFUL APARTMENT WITH LOTS OF SPACE AND UPDATED APPLIANCES THAT WAS TOLD WOULD BE EXACTLY THE WAY MY APARTMENT WOULD BE. WELL SHE CALLED AND SAID THAT, THAT APARTMENT WASNT AVALIABLE SO SHE HAD ONE DOWNSTAIRS THAT WAS THE SAME.BUT WHEN I GOT THERE PAID MONEY ORDERS, PACK UP CAR, READY TO MOVE GET IN APARTMENT AND ITS NOT THE SAME NO WHERE. OH MY GOSH! TO SHORTEN IT ALL I ASK CAN I KEEP THIS APT AT A DISCOUNT PRICE AND WOULD I BE ABLE TO EITHER GET ANOTHER ONE UNTILL ONE GET AVAILABLE AND SHE SAID NO I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK AND RETURN THE KEY. WHAT A PROCESS AFTER THAT TO WAIT ON YOUR MONEY AND LOOSE SOME TO GET YOUR OWN MONEY BACK. BUT OTHERWISE THE GROUNDS ARE FANTASTIC AND I STILL THINK THE APARTMENTS ARE NICE IF YOU GET WHAT YOU ARE SHOWN. SO CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION IS A ZERO. AND I DIDNT EVEN GET A APOLOGY CARD. OH DID I SAY IM A FIRST TIME MOVER WITH A BAD EXPERIENCE.

At least you got your Money back. I'm trying to get out now. i signed my lease 8-22-08. I wanted out the contract Thursday the 28th when the leaseing agent cut my utlities off after promising she would keep them on for 30 days if I moved in that friday. Me being green never having rented an apt. before believed her. What a mess. I am buying out of the lease but they are trying to charge me more money and make me stay longer saying I have to give a 60 Day notice.

HELL TO THE NAWL! i bet is was lady with the glasses cant remember her name short hair light skin, she is a LIAR with so much GAME! READ your lease you are not obligated to stay and you have certain amount of days to end your lease without being obligated for payment. And the only thing i lost was my application fee which i still want lol. Also contact the property managemnt site they have a website and email the HEAD contact they are over each and every employee there and once you send them that email they have to respond and will response to that property site and then go on BBB (Better business Bureau and rate them) this will get there attention because this is the site they want to stay off!
