I am a resident here at The Arbors of Hickory Ridge and have been here for over a year. The short hair lady with the glasses is Sherri, she is a very professional and great person. She was my leasing agent and has always bend good to me and went beyond satisfaction to make sure I was comfortable. I have had pest issues, but pest control is always sent on thursday when needed. The customer service is always warm and I never feel like I am bothering anyone when I call. The Arbors is a great place to live and the staff is wondeful. Come See For Yourself.

I agree, The staff at The Arbors couldn't be any better. Hats off to the office staff and Maint. staff.

yeah her name is Sherri, and appears to be professional but at my time of service it wasnt professional as i stated before. And yes the others in the office as well were very nice, but i got dealed a bad hand during my first moving experience ever! i wasnt offer any opportunites or advantages toward my bad move in deal, which she requested that i pay all fees such as move in payments up front which i did that also cost extra money (money orders,time from work,storage fees that i had all my new apartment things in etc...)from my pocket which i wasnt refunded. i even asked if i stayed in this temporary apartment will i have the advantage to move in on next available or can i get a rent adjustment due to the apartment not been what i was shown or expected, guess what she said NO WE DONT DO THAT. is that professional? after a potential good tenet was giving false leading information. yes some people have good days and bad days but professional is always first no matter what and your word should be your bond thats all you got especially if your selling or in customer service positions. Ending hats off to the Arbors, and its staff for showing CUSTOMER SERVICE to other potential tenents.
